Hello my name is Gina. My journey as a hairstylist began in the City of New York starting 1984, a time know for its wild / over the top hairstyles and I enthusiastically learned everyone of them! Since then I’ve seen many of those hairstyles come and go and come back again and sometimes even similar variations of the same style , through the many years of evolving styles .I’ve always managed to keep up with the times and stayed on top of the relevant hairstyles that exist today. My career as a stylist has taken me many places since then, I’ve worked at a variety of salons & spa’s and barbers shops including one where I served the military where I really honed in my skills doing men’s cuts, I have even managed a few salons and owned one myself at a time, I’ve grown as a stylist and acquired many different skills in this field to say the least. Eventually all roads led me to Venice Fl, a place where I’ve planted my roots for 13 years, 11 of those 13 years I was at Razors Edge, and I can not wait to see the new beginnings about to unfold here at Shear Bliss. In all of my years as a stylist I have built a beautiful community of clients who I take pride in serving and building connections with.
